<title>ALA Recruitment Forum Inspired by Colorado's 3 R's Project</title>
<description>On January 14, ALA held a daylong Recruitment Forum.  At a panel discussion during that event, I reported on the recent LRS study, Retirement, Retention, and Recruitment: The Future of Librarianship in Colorado.  If you haven't yet seen the report or the mini-brochure based on it, look for them at the links below.  Attendees of the ALA preconference received a copy of the mini-brochure in their packets.  At the conclusion of the event, one of the hosts credited this study with inspiring the ALA event.
