Yesterday, the National Center for Education Statistics (NCES) released an ED TABS report, Public Libraries in the U.S., FY 2004. Today, NCES released the data file underlying that publication. LRS staff will begin to analyze these data and will produce issues of FAST FACTS as well as manuscripts to be submitted to library magazines and journals.
